Proposals for membership in Ohio Priory #18, Knights of the York Cross of Honour must have completed service as the presiding officer of all four York Rite Bodies. Proposals must be made by two current priory members using the proposal form linked below. The form is in fillable PDF format and will accept electronic signatures from the proposers. Additional information may be found on page 2 of the form.
Completed proposal forms must be submitted through the responsible county hospitaller who will forward approved proposals to the district deputy prior. A list of hospitallers by district may be found at
